SHORT CV
Alican is currently working as a software engineer and technical lead at Mistral Technologies. He holds his Master’s degree in Computer Science as of 2021. Software development is a passion for him; throughout his middle and high schools, he entered various competitions related to web design with small teams. In addition to that, he was a professional basketball player. He has 3 1st place medals and 1 2nd place medal in basketball. He obtained one of them in Sarajevo, from the UNSA league.
He left his homeland after graduating from high school and moved to Sarajevo to build his future. He believes that software engineering is a never-ending puzzle that he is passionately engaged in solving. He is an experienced full-stack engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. A highly dependable IT guy and enthusiastic team player dedicated to streamlining processes and efficiently resolving issues.
He developed an online platform as an MSc thesis work to help children with special needs improve their skill deficiencies.
